Making a Purchase
To make a purchase add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping bag. By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods. We will only pass your details onto the people who we may subcontract out to do the delivery. All online orders are confirmed by email. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or security issues.
Availability and Pricing
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or availability of any goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
We will endeavour to deliver goods within a timely manner but goods are subject to availability and some delays are out of our control. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.
Although Striders Edge Limited will do their best to ensure the accuracy of all the information within this web site, we shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from the use of this site.

Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery will normally take 3-5 working days; however dispatch can occasionally be subject to availability and could take up to 7 working days. Please allow 10 working days to receive your delivery before querying your items.
Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Postal address details will be given at the time that your Returns number is issued.
In addition to the above we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Kindly note, only items purchased directly at www.stridersedge.com will be offered an exchange, refund or credit from Striders Edge Ltd. For any items purchased outside of stridersedge.com, such as a retail stockist or other online stockist you must contact them directly as they will have their own returns policy in place.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem in writing within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
- To make good any shortage or non-delivery
- To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective
- To refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
